Adam has owned and operated Walker Elite Real Estate since November 2009 after having spent time in the big, acbox house brokerage environment. He personally and professionally felt that the time was right for a fundamental change in his real estate career.
Adam as both a broker and licensed Realtor, feels strongly that continuing his professional education is a must for both him and his clients. Especially in today's rapidly changing economic environment, he feels it is absolutely key to stay on top of this continuously evolving industry. Adam has a very clear understanding of his real estate philosophy: Give your clients elite service, not only during the transaction process, but for a lifetime. He firmly believes that lifetime service leads to lifetime relationships.
Walker Elite Real Estate is definitely not the typical real estate brokerage company seen in today's market. Adam is a Financial Planner having received his FINRA* Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as the Texas Life, Accident and Health Insurance license (issued by the Texas Department of Insurance.) His wealth of investment and financial planning knowledge has proven invaluable when it has come time for his clients to buy that first or second home, and especially so for his investment property clients.
Adam grew up right here in Austin, and has an intimate knowledge of the local market. Helping his clients find the home of their dreams, or to realize their real estate investment goals has enabled him to build one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Austin.
